Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda starts his opening salvo at his hometown in Lubao, Pampanga. With him are 2nd District Board Members Mylyn Pineda-Cayabyab and Fritzie David-Dizon, who are seeking for reelection, Guagua Vice Mayor Sajid Eusoof, who is also running for provincial board representing the 2nd District, and reelectionist Lubao Mayor Esmie Pineda.
