PNP chief visits, inaugurates new infra in PRO3

CAMP OLIVAS – PNP Chief Gen. Dionardo Carlos on Monday arrived at the Police Regional Office 3 here and led the ribbon-cutting and blessing of the KKDAT and RHSU buildings and groundbreaking of the soon-to-rise RIAS building.   

His visit was in line with his rounds of command visits to all police regional offices nationwide.

The country’s top cop was warmly welcomed by the men and women of PRO3 and was accorded with the traditional arrival honors.

Carlos presided the command conference together with PMGen. Val T. De Leon, TDO; PMGen Walter E. Castillejos, TDPCR; PMGen Alessandro Abella, DC, APC-NL; PBGen Remus Medina, DD, QCPD; and PBGen Clifford B Gairanod, DHSS.

After the traditional “Talk to Men,” the PNP chief personally pinned awards to deserving PNP personnel who performed exemplary quality police service.        

In his message, Carlos stressed the importance of his “3Ds” — Distinction, Discipline, and Decorum” in the performance of the duties of every member of the PNP. 

He commended the PRO3 under the helm of brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay for being one of the contributors in the good performance of the PNP in the first quarter of 2022.
