BATAAN – This province’s acting police director Col. Romell Velasco reported the arrest of two most wanted persons on Wednesday.
Velasco said personnel of the Mariveles police, CIDT-PFU Bataan and 2nd PMFC Bataan under the supervision of Lt. Col. Gerald Gamboa, conducted a manhunt operation in Bgy. Cabcaben, Mariveles which resulted in the arrest of Apolonio Magno, 57, of San Francisco, Bgy. Cabcaben, Mariveles, for two counts of rape.
Meanwhile, Orani police chief Maj. Larry Valencia said members of the Abucay police, 1st PMFC Bataan, CIDT PFU Bataan, and PIDMB arrested suspect Gregorio dela Cruz Jr., 46, construction worker and resident of Bgy. Parang-Parang, Orani, for robbery.
The two suspects are now under the custody of arresting units.
