SUBIC, ZAMBALES — Four drug suspects were arrested in a raid on Sunday at a makeshift shabu den in Subic town.
PDEA Zambales identified the suspects as drug den operator Edsil Salvo alias Jun Mata, 56, of Purok 3B, Matain, Subic; Edgar Gallardo, 44, of San Pablo, Castillejos; Roel Tabajo, 30, of Lower Kalaklan, Olongapo City; and Cristalen Bestudio, 27, of Lower Kalaklan, Olongapo City.
Salvo is in the PDEA-PNP drug watchlist and considered a high-value target.
The raiding team seized five plastic sachets containing at least 15 grams of shabu worth P103,500, assorted drug paraphernalia and the marked money.
The operation was led by PDEA Zambales Provincial Office along with Zambales PPO-PPDEU/PIU, 2nd PMFC and the Subic police.
All the suspects will be charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
