ANGELES CITY — Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II condemned the tragic and senseless killing of Chinnie Mae Tiglao of Barangay Lourdes Sur East.
In a decisive move to bring justice to her family and ensure the safety of the city, Mayor Jon has directed the Angeles City Police Office, under the leadership of the city director PCol Joselito Villarosa, Jr., to conduct a thorough and expeditious investigation into the killing.
“I have instructed our local police to leave no stone unturned in their investigation of this case,” Mayor Lazatin said. “I urge anyone with pertinent information to come forward and assist our law enforcement agencies in their ongoing investigation.”
According to Villarosa, the police are now actively working to gather evidence, identify the suspect/s, and ensure that justice is served promptly.
“The city remains dedicated to maintaining peace and safety for all Angeleños. I call on our kabalens to also cooperate and support efforts to solve this tragic incident,” Lazatin said in a statement.
