MCG to resume bedridden visitations on July

MABALACAT CITY – As part of his promise to continue his popular “MCG cares” brand of health program for the indigent and ailing constituents, Mayor Crisostomo Garbo will continue his rounds of visit to bedridden Mabalaqueños this coming July.

Garbo made this announcement during Monday’s flag-raising ceremony at the open ground of city hall. MCG was joined by Vice Mayor Gerald Guttrie Aquino and Councilor Jun Castro.

Garbo also told those who are in charge of enlisting the beneficiaries to include those who really deserve to be helped. “Huwag niyong ililista kung kamag-anak nyo lang o kumpare o kumare tapos hindi naman pala bedridden, malalagot kayo sa akin kapag nalaman ko na may ganyan,” he then furthered.

The reelected mayor had already offered genuine prayers and financial assistance to 554 bedridden Mabalaqueños since he started his personal visits. Various assistance ranging from groceries and medicines to financial aid have been provided by the Mabalacat City Government under the administration of Mayor Cris Garbo.

In his message, MCG reiterated to the city hall employees and JOs the importance of maintaining compassion when serving the people.

The Mabalacat City Government under the Mayor’s Office through the City Social Assistance Office has been providing assistance to the indigent bedridden Mabalaqueños since 2019 and the distribution is being given every quarterly.
