Mabalacat Mayor Cris Garbo and Vice Mayor Geld Aquino lead the walkthrough in the issuance of new vaccination cards at SM City Clark. The new card contains details of holders which are now automatically in the national database. Mabalacat City is the first LGU in Pampanga to issue cards that are also in the registry of Vaxcert.Ph.
