MABALACAT CITY – Mayor Crisostomo Garbo is urging his fellow Mabalaquenos to take the 2nd booster shot against COVID-19 to boost their immunity.
Gracing Monday’s flag ceremony at the Mabalacat City Hall, Garbo said the city has already begun the mass immunization for the 2nd booster.
“Actually pu, mas masanting na maka-booster ka at talagang maka-vaccine ka, kasi mas masikan na pu ing panlaban tamu keng COVID,” the mayor said.
He also added that even students and children should get vaccinated to better protect them against the disease.
Mayor Garbo also encouraged the city government employees to set a good example to the public by adhering to this call.
