Over P100K shabu seized in Pampanga

CAMP OLIVAS – Pampanga police captured a suspected drug peddler and confiscated more than P100,000 worth of shabu on Friday in the City of San Fernando.

Pampanga police acting director Col. Robin Sarmiento said members of the City of San Fernando police Station conducted a buy-bust in Bgy. San Isidro that resulted in the arrest of Daniel Latid, 24, after he sold shabu to police undercover.

Recovered evidence from Latid  were four plastic sachets of shabu valued at P102,000, a black coin purse, the buy-bust money and one unit of black motorcycle.

Charges for violations of Sec. 5 & 11, Art. II of R.A. 9165 are being readied for filing in court against the suspect.

PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay said the Central Luzon police are focused on its all-out war against illegal drugs.
