CAMP OLIVAS – A 25-year-old high value target (HVT) was arrested on Friday in anti-illegal drug operation in Angeles City.
Angeles City police acting commander Col. Diosdado Fabian said members of Angeles City DEU, PS3, CMFC, ACPO and TRMU, ACPO conducted a buy-bust operation in Visayas Street, Jaoville Compound, Bgy. Pandan, resulting in the arrest of one Ismail Macatanong.
Seized from Macatanong were three plastic sachets containing shabu weighing more or less 101.00 grams valued at P686,800.
The suspect will be charged with violation of RA 9165.
“Continuous proactive operations are being carried out as PRO3 invigorates its efforts to wipe out all forms of illegal drugs in order to achieve its quest for a drug- free Central Luzon,” said PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay.
