ANGELES CITY — The city government has launched a Christmas bazaar at SM City Clark, which started on September 16 and will run until December 15, 2022.
Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. is encouraging his kababayans to visit the One Town One Product bazaar, which aims to further assist local small businesses.
“Suportahan po natin ang mga Gawang Angeleño na pwede po nating matangkilik sa ginaganap na trade fair sa SM City Clark,” Lazatin said. “Ito po ang mga ipinagmamalaki nating gawang atin.”
To date, the OTOP has 21 member-merchants displaying their very own Gawang Angeleño products.
Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel said this is one of the many trade fairs to be conducted by the city government for this Yuletide season.
Manuel is supervising the management of the OTOP with Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Angeles City Economic Development Investment and Promotions Office led by Irish Bonus-Llego.
Lazatin, meanwhile, thanked SM City Clark for being the partner of the city government in prioritizing and promoting local products.
Part of the flagship programs of Mayor Lazatin is to widen the market for the OTOP store, as well as to revitalize it more.
The OTOP store will also have a trade fair from October 17 to 26, 2022 at the Museo Ning Angeles, in celebration of Fiestang Kuliat.
Further, the OTOP store will also participate in the celebration of Organic Agriculture Month in November; and host a trade fair from Nov. 21 to 23, 2022 at the Museo Ning Angeles, Heritage District.
