CAMP OLIVAS — Police authorities were able to arrest three (3) Most Wanted Persons during separate manhunt operations in Nueva Ecija and Pampanga on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.
Operating troops of Talavera MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy. Baluga, Talavera Nueva Ecija that resulted to the arrest of Geremias Grospe y Binuya, listed as Top 1 MWP of Talavera, Nueva Ecija, by virtue of alias Warrant of Arrest for Statutory Rape under Art. 266-A (1d) in relation to Art. 266-B (5) of the RPC (2 counts) under Criminal Case numbers SD (22)-7127 and SD (22)-7128 issued by Hon. Anarica J. Castillo-Reyes of RTC, Branch 88, Brgy. Baloc, Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija with no recommended bail.
Also, Marlon Tabing y Gorgonio, 30, one of the MWPs of Guimba, Nueva Ecija was arrested by joint elements of Quezon MPS, Guimba MPS, 3rd Platoon 2nd PMFC-NEPPO and 303rd Maneuver Company RMFB3 during a manhunt operation at Brgy. Triala, Guimba, Nueva Ecija by virtue of alias Warrant of Arrest for Attempted Rape under Criminal Case Number 6480-G issued by HON. Frazierwin V. Viterbo, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Br 33, Guimba, Nueva Ecija with recommended bail of Php200,000.
Moreover, joint elements of Mabalacat CPS, 2nd PMFC Mabalacat Patrol Base and 302nd MC RMFB3 Polar base conducted manhunt operation at Brgy. Sapang Biabas Mabalacat City, Pampanga that resulted in the arrest of Dominic Domingo David y Lumanlan, one of the MWPs of Mabalacat City, Pampanga by virtue of alias WOA for Violation of Section 5(B) of RA 7610 under Criminal Case No. R-ANG-22-02528-CR issued by HON. Katrine Nora S. Buan-Factora, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 10 Angeles City with recommended bail of Php200,000.
