MABALACAT CITY – Some 79 families composed of 329 individuals from Barangays Sapang Biabas, Tabun, and Dau were preemptively evacuated due to strong winds and possible flooding in the riverbank.
No damage has been reported as all major thoroughfares are clear and passable to all types of vehicles, according to Mabalacat City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.
Power supply in the city was cut off at 10:30pm last night.
The MCDCCMC continues to conduct rapid damage assessment and needs analysis on Monday, Sept. 26.
