A fire razed the Sta. Cruz Elementary School main campus in Masantol town while Typhoon “Karding” was raging in Luzon late last night.
Five of the school’s classrooms were burned, affecting some 108 students and 8 teachers who use the classrooms, according to Mayor Jose Antonio Bustos.
