Over P400-K shabu seized in San Fernando

CAMP OLIVAS – A 53-year-old woman listed as a high-value target yielded P408,000 worth of shabu in an entrapment operation in the City of San Fernando on Wednesday.

SDEU operatives of San Fernando CPS conducted a buy-bust operation in Bgy. San Jose, City of San Fernando which resulted to the arrest of Rohaina Maromaya, of Dasmariñas City, Cavite.

Seized from her were several transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing approximately 60 grams with DDB value of P408,000. 

She will be charged with violations of Sec. 5 and 11 of Art II of R.A. 9165.

“The continuous arrests and seizures have reduced the proliferation of illegal drugs here in Region 3 and your police will keep on conducting significant steps toward the prevention of harmful drugs reaching the hands of vulnerable victims,” said PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Cesar Pasiwen.
