MABALACAT CITY – The Mabalacat City Government, through the COVID-19 Response Integrated System, has recorded only one positive case in its October 18, 2021 bulletin.
This brings the overall positivity rate down to only 1%, while total active cases in the city has also fallen to 97.
Mabalacat City has also recorded 15 new recoveries, bringing the city’s recovery rate to a record-high 96%.
MCG has been seeing a downward trend on the daily COVID-19 cases in Mabalacat since it ramped-up its COVID-19 vaccination and response.
Earlier, City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo expressed optimism that Mabalacat City will attain herd immunity by mid-November.
