Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel on January 24, 2023 met with Mutya Ning Angeles 2022 Joanne Marie Thornley to discuss her participation in the city government’s programs and projects for tourism.
Thornley will serve as Angeles City’s Ambassadress of Goodwill and Tourism, and will promote the Gawang Angeleño products of the One Town, One Product store. She will also represent Angeles City in the Mutya Ning Kapampangan Pageant 2023.
To recall, Thornley took home the MNA 2022 crown and P1 million in cash and prizes after besting out 17 other candidates during last year’s edition of MNA.
Meanwhile, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. is looking forward for Thornley’s involvement in promoting the tourism in the city.
Also present during the meeting are Angeles City Tourism Officer Anneleen Sugui and Angeles City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Officer Irish Bonus-Llego.
