In his report to City Director Col. Rommel Batangan, Station 4 Commander  PMAJ Ohmar R. Bognot said his men conducted a buy-bust in Sto. Nino, Bgy. Balibago, Angeles City that resulted in the arrest of Jaype Pelle and Mark Ian Orpilla while their cohort identified as Dennis Amoroso escaped.

Confiscated evidence from the two were eight pieces of plastic sachets containing shabu valued at P142,800.

Batangan said hours later, members of the Angeles City Drug Enforcement Unit (ACDEU) nabbed Jayar Payad, 30; and Andy Yap, 47, in  another entrapment in Purok 4B, Bgy. Pampang, Angeles City, and seized from them six plastic sachets containing shabu worth P40,800.

All the four suspects will be charged for violation of RA 9165.
