CAMP OLIVAS – Pampanga police on Tuesday nabbed five alleged drug peddlers and confiscated unlicensed firearms and a hand grenade in a drug sting in Pampanga.
Pampanga police acting director Col. Robin Sarmiento said members of the Arayat police conducted an entrapment in Bgy. San Agustin Sur, Arayat, Pampanga that led to the arrest of Szer Emile Delmoral, 44; Mary Ann Delmoral, 44; Michael Tayag, 33; Joseph Almason, 36; and Francisco de Jesus, 20; all residents of Bgy. Paralaya, Arayat, Pampanga.
Seized from the five suspects were eight plastic sachets containing shabu valued at P3.500; a .38 revolver with five live bullets; and one hand grenade.
The suspects will be charged with violations of RA 9165, RA 10591 and RA 9516.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay lauded the Pampanga cops, adding the police are focused on its all-out war against illegal drugs.
