Cong Pogi launches mobile clinic

First District Rep. Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. launched his Mobile Clinic Program on July 24, 2025 during the relief operations in Barangay Tabun, Mabalacat City.

Via the Mobile Clinic, Lazatin personally delivered medical assistance to 40 evacuated families staying at the Barangay Tabun Covered Court.

The Mobile Clinic was launched by Lazatin to help deliver medical services to far-flung locations in the First District of Pampanga.

Aside from medicines, the Mobile Clinic also has an in-house Medical Technologist conducting basic blood work for patients.

During the relief operations, Lazatin also distributed relief packs from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and served traditional sopas through his Mobile Kitchen Program, in cooperation with Red Pillars Foundation.

“Dakal pung dakal a salamat keng biyaya na tinggap mi pu ngeni. Dakal a salamat keng pamamunta yu kekami. Lalu na pu keng mapagsakripisyu na minta keni. Mabuhay po,” said Jonalyn Lunda, one of the evacuees.

On July 23, 2025, Cong Pogi also distributed relief packs to evacuees of Barangay Balibago, Angeles City.

Some 29 individuals, composed of seven adults and 21 minors, currently staying at the function hall of Barangay Balibago received packs containing various canned goods and five kilos of rice.

Cong Pogi was joined in the Mabalacat distribution by Chief Adviser IC Calaguas, Tabun Barangay Captain Danilo De Leon, Mabalacat City Social Welfare and Development Officer Josie Tanglao, Chief Political Affairs Officer Reina Manuel, Political Affairs Officer III Mina Cabiles, Political Affairs Officer II Irish Llego, and staff from Cong Pogi’s District Office.
