
Largest Filipino insurer InLife received its ninth Domestic Life Insurer of the Year – Philippines award from the Insurance Asia Awards, held recently in Singapore.
The award affirms InLife’s unwavering dedication to delivering inclusive, innovative, and purpose-driven financial solutions to Filipinos for over 114 years. With its continued focus on customer empowerment, digital transformation, and community-building, InLife has remained at the forefront of the Philippine life insurance industry.

In 2024, InLife deepened customer engagement through its online communities InLife Convo, an online community fostering financial literacy, and InLife Thrive, a digital support hub for corporate group clients. Through dedicated customer segments such as InLife Sheroes, Amorsolo Circle, Overseas Filipino Workers, corporations and emerging markets, InLife delivered tailored solutions to various sectors of the society.
The Company also empowered its financial advisors with marketing toolkits and cutting-edge tools, including a Generative AI chatbot within its Super Compass App. Its employee programs promoted holistic wellness and company pride, ensuring an engaged, and motivated employee force.
These efforts helped InLife rank #1 in Customer Experience among Philippine life insurers in the KPMG Global Customer Experience Excellence Research 2024, leading in four of six categories namely, Empathy, Personalization, Time & Effort, and Resolution.
InLife’s drive toward digital excellence continued with its organization-wide implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning system, mobile app upgrades, cloud infrastructure expansion, and policy administration system enhancements. It also advanced its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives through various environmental and social programs spearheaded by its InLife Foundation; sustainable infrastructure projects that have even earned environmental certifications for its buildings in Muntinlupa, Makati and Cebu Cities; and a 4-Arrow rating in the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard.
InLife launched Retire Assure, the country’s first true retirement product based on proprietary research.
The Company also acquired 100% of Generali Life Assurance Philippines, reinforcing its industry leadership and demonstrating its strength and vision for strategic growth.
