The Hauslands Clarkway, the newest Blue Zone-inspired community in Barangay Duquit, takes a major step forward today, August 15, 2025, with the official opening of its showroom and model units – Aira and Vera – and the start of its reservation period.
The celebration began with a Holy Mass, setting a tone of gratitude and blessing. Guests then gathered at the Spanish Garden for the unveiling of The Hauslands Clarkway Marker, followed by the groundbreaking of its signature Grand Entrance Gate – a symbol of the community’s modern contemporary design. The blessing of the model units was a highlight, offering visitors a first glimpse of thoughtfully designed spaces.
The program concluded with the ceremonial planting of Pink Trumpet Trees, reinforcing the development’s commitment to green, sustainable living.
Among the attendees were prospective buyers, bank partners, Hausland Group executives and employees, Mabalacat City Mayor Geld Aquino, and Pampanga Board Members. Guests enjoyed guided tours of the six lifestyle zones – Yard, The Grove, The Active Grounds, The Village Farm, and Pawsome Park- each The Courtyard, The Play crafted to inspire health, connection, and longevity.
