CLARK – A 42-year-old businesswoman arriving from Hong Kong, who has a standing conviction for carnapping and another pending case of the same crime, was intercepted at Clark International Airport on Friday, August 22, 2025.
Authorities from the Quezon City Police District, in coordination with the PNP Aviation Security Group, carried out the joint operation by virtue of an Arrest Order against the passenger who was charged by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 215, Quezon City with the offense of Carnapping and was convicted per Decision dated January 15, 2024.
Verification through the E-Warrant System further revealed that the accused has an outstanding Alias Warrant of Arrest for another Carnapping case issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 92, Balanga City, Bataan dated February 19, 2024. The case carries a recommended bail of ₱300,000.
The arrested individual is currently under the custody of District Intelligence Division, Quezon City Police District, for proper disposition and further legal action.
