How Converge prepaid fiber internet brings joy in Naga

From handling sales, installations, repairs, to load top-ups, and customer service, Daisy built her enterprise into a one-stop shop for subscribers.

When Daisy Deviña first learned about Surf2Sawa (S2S), the prepaid fiber internet product of leading fiber broadband and technology provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc., she immediately saw its potential as a life-changer.

With the service priced at less than half of a regular postpaid plan, she realized it could finally give families, long left behind in the digital age, a chance to connect.

Thus, when given the opportunity to break into the business as a community partner, Tita Dais – as she’s fondly called – grabbed the chance to sell it through her own distributorship firm Tita Dais FiberX Enterprise Solutions.

For many households in Naga that struggled to pay P1,500 monthly for the entry-level postpaid plan, Surf2Sawa’s P700 prepaid option became the key to unlocking affordable, unlimited connection.

From handling sales and installations to repairs, load top-ups, and customer service, Tita Dais built her enterprise into a one-stop shop for subscribers. Her team’s same-day installations became their trademark, where households get connected instantly, often within the same hour they inquired.

Because of that, what started in 2021 with about 40 households a month soon blossomed. By 2023, her team had connected over 8,000 subscribers in a year. Today, they bring S2S to life for more than 1,200 new households monthly, serving nearly 30,000 active subscribers.

With the dedication of Tita Dais and her team, today, they bring S2S to life for more than 1,200 new households monthly, serving nearly 30,000 active subscribers in their Area.

Speaking for customers, the appeal is simple, according to Tita Dais. The product is affordable, reliable, and fast. But more than that, it also brings joy as families experience the difference it makes in their lives. In fact, satisfied customers in Tita Dais’ community gave it a new name: ‘SurfSaya.’

But more than the product itself, Tita Dais believes her real edge is the way she and her team treat customers. Coming from decades in sales, she always believed in being true to what she offers.

Her straightforward, honest approach has built trust, loyalty, and word-of-mouth referrals that keep her business blooming.

And this success has also created opportunities for people around her. Over the past two years, she has helped 22 of her agents level up into subcontractors. She lent them vehicles, tools, even her own money at times, so they could start out on their own. Now, these former agents are now business owners, with their own teams, their own income, and a better life for their families.

True to her name, Daisy continues to spread joy that blossoms in the lives of those around her. With eyes set on connecting even more households in Bicol, she remains rooted in gratitude and generosity.
