
The much-awaited One Pampanga Food Expo opened its doors today, treating food lovers and culinary enthusiasts to a flavorful journey through the heart of the Philippines’ culinary capital.
From sizzling sisig and heirloom recipes to inventive new takes on Kapampangan classics, the expo brings together the very best of Pampanga’s food culture under one roof. Visitors are greeted by a vibrant showcase of local restaurants, food entrepreneurs, agribusinesses, and artisanal makers—all proudly representing the province’s unmatched culinary heritage.








Beyond the food stalls and tastings, the event features live cooking demonstrations, masterclasses, and engaging talks from chefs and industry experts. Guests can also look forward to food pairings, product samplings, and opportunities to discover unique homegrown products that put Pampanga on the global food map.


“This expo is a celebration of who we are as Kapampangans—passionate about food, family, and tradition. At the same time, it’s also about looking forward and showing how our cuisine can continue to evolve and inspire,” said Chef Felix Asuncion, lead convenor of the expo, during the opening ceremony.




The One Pampanga Food Expo runs from Sept. 13 to 14 at the SMX Convention Center Clark, welcoming foodies, tourists, and families to savor the flavors that make Pampanga a true culinary destination.
