SUBIC, ZAMBALES – A drug den was dismantled on Friday in a buy-bust operation that led to the arrest of five drug suspects and confiscation of over P100,000 worth of shabu in this city.
The drug sting led by PDEA Zambales Provincial Office together with Zambales PPO PDEU and the local police arrested drug den maintainer Waldo Miranda, 61, of Sitio Tahimik, Purok 3-C, Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales; Michelle Limuran, of Purok 3, Matain, Subic; Jeffrey Doctolero, of Purok 1, San Jose, Castillejos, Zambales; Alvin Villas, 44, of Purok 5, Barretto, Olongapo City; and Ronaldo Miranda, 39, of Sitio Tahimik, Purok 3C, Barangay Calapacuan, Subic.
Authorities seized nine plastic sachets containing shabu worth at least P116, 416, assorted drug paraphernalia and the marked money used in the operation.
The five suspects will face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
