
CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — The Provincial Government of Pampanga, under the leadership of Governor Lilia G. “Nanay” Pineda, Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, has extended relief assistance to thousands of flood-stricken families in the coastal municipalities across the province
following successive typhoons that battered the province in recent weeks.


Beginning last Sunday, the provincial government relief operations in the 4th district of Pampanga as an immediate response brought by Typhoons Mirasol, Super Typhoon Nando, Opong, and Paolo, which caused severe flooding across the coastal areas of Pampanga.


Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda and Board Member Kaye Naguit personally led the distribution of relief packs, each containing five kilograms of rice, five cans of sardines, and five cans of corned beef.


The activity aimed to demonstrate the provincial government’s genuine compassion and continued commitment to the welfare of Kapampangans.
In the municipality of Masantol, a total of 13,125 families received assistance, while 15,556 residents from the municipality of Macabebe were also given relief goods.


The relief operations also reached thousands of flood-affected Kapampangans including 4,431 households in Minalin, 2,194 in Lubao, and 3,669 in Sasmuan.
The Provincial Government of Pampanga continues to work closely with local government units to ensure that all affected residents receive timely assistance and support as they recover from the impacts of the recent typhoons.
