MEYCAUAYAN CITY, Bulacan —The Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) said motorists have the option to register under the One RFID system for faster and more convenient travel during the Undas season.
The TRB added that enrollment can be done anytime, and has no deadline.
The initiative, led by the Department of Transportation (DOTR) through the TRB, in partnership with the Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation’s (MPTC) EasyTrip and San Miguel Corporation Infrastructure’s Autosweep, allows motorists to use a single RFID account across major expressways operated by the two tollway firms.
Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), Subic Freeport Expressway (SFEX), NLEX Connector Road, Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX), Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), and Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX), while Autosweep was for the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX), South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), Metro Manila Skyway, NAIA Expressway (NAIAX), and Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR) Tollway.
With this collaboration of the government and the private sector, motorists can register in three easy steps: opt in online and select a preferred service provider, remove the unchosen RFID sticker at an authorized service center, and load up the chosen account.

To enhance system efficiency, NLEX Corporation is investing ₱200 million in technology upgrades for the 94-kilometer SCTEX, which include additional CCTV and speed cameras, as well as modernized traffic engineering systems.
According to NLEX Corporation President and General Manager Luis Renon, the upgrade program aims to ensure faster, safer, and more reliable travel.
Pavement repairs have been temporarily suspended to accommodate the expected influx of vehicles this Undas.
Meanwhile, MPTC has reactivated its Biyaheng Arangkada program, offering 24/7 traffic management, free towing for Class 1 and Class 1M (CCLEX) vehicles from October 29 to November 3, and real-time traffic updates.
To further ease congestion, NLEX has also regraded shoulder lanes in key sections to allow counterflow operations when necessary.
