A new luxury dining and lifestyle destination is rising in Angeles City with the groundbreaking of The Private Plate, a multi-million, 600-sqm project led by entrepreneur Elizabeth Carlos Timbol.
The development will feature a fine dining restaurant, a premium events hall for up to 100 guests, an Italian patisserie, Italy-inspired villas, and dedicated office space — all designed to bring world-class hospitality to the city.
“The Private Plate is more than just a venue; it’s a commitment to bringing a world-class, seamless luxury experience to our community. By collaborating with Ces, Jemi, and Sam, I am leveraging their unique talents and extensive networks to ensure that every facet—from the architectural design to the final plated dish—is nothing short of perfection,” Timbol said during the ceremony.
She is joined by partners Ces Flores Sanchez, Jemi Nicdao, and Sam Manuel, who will lead branding, styling, and culinary direction.
Envisioned as a blend of Italian elegance and Ralph Lauren-inspired sophistication, The Private Plate aims to set a new benchmark for luxury experiences in Angeles City as construction moves forward.
The Private Plate is targetted to open come March 2026.
