Property giant Megaworld has emerged as the sole real estate developer to be honored in the prestigious ‘Best Workplaces in the Philippines 2026’ list by Great Place To Work, recognized as the global authority in workplace culture.
The recognition, announced during the recent Great Place To Work Philippines Awards, saw Megaworld securing one of only 55 coveted spots on the prestigious list of Great Place to Work certified companies assessed to have a high-trust, high-performance workplace culture.

The ‘Best Workplaces’ recognition is evaluated through Great Place To Work’s’ Trust Index survey, which measures the three key relationships that drive an employee’s experience in their workplace—relationships with management, colleagues, and their job. The Trust Index score represents the percentage of employees who consider their company to be a great workplace and is an indicator of their actual workplace experience.

This recognition tops a streak of major international global accolades for Megaworld. The company entered 2026 as one of TIME Magazine’s ‘Best Companies in Asia-Pacific’ for the second consecutive year. This follows a historic 2025 where Megaworld emerged as the only Philippine developer in the inaugural Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, alongside its first Great Place to Work Certification featuring an industry-leading 98% employee approval rating.
In the last quarter of 2025, Megaworld also climbed to 42nd place in the Philippines’ Best Employers 2026 ranking by Statista. Megaworld’s parent company, Alliance Global Group, Inc. (AGI), was also recognized in the annual list, improving its ranking from #245 in 2024 to #227 the year after.
