CAMP OLIVAS – Central Luzon police director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay commended his men for the arrest of the region’s four most wanted persons in a one-day manhunt operation.
Baccay said the police operation on Tuesday led to the arrest of Celso Dela Tena, 28, tagged Central Luzon’s top most wanted, by joint elements of Bamban MPS RIU3, PIT-Tarlac PPO, PIT-NEPPO, Talavera MPS, NEPPO, 1st PMFC TPPO, PIDMU TPPO, PIB TPPO and 304th MC, RMFB3 in Bgy. Anupul, Bamban, Tarlac for murder.
On the other hand, after over seven years in hiding, Tarlac’s no. 1 most wanted identified as Christopher Manuek, 32, was captured by joint operatives of the Tarlac CPS, RIU3, Tarlac PIT, PIU Tarlac PPO and PIDMU Tarlac PPO in Bgy. Suizo, Tarlac City, Tarlac for murder.
Meanwhile, retired soldier Ramil Pardua, 56, listed as no. 2 most wanted person in Nueva Ecija, was nabbed by joint operating troops of Palayan CPS, RIU3 and PITNE in Bgy. Militar, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija for kidnapping and failure to return a minor.
Alberto Reyes, 40, tagged as Nueva Ecija’s most wanted was caught after more than nine years in hiding by members of the Talavera MPS, 2nd PMFC and PIU, NEPPO in Bgy. Minabuyok, Talavera, Nueva Ecija for frustrated murder.
“The entire Central Luzon police force together with other police units will continue to intensify the campaign to put lawless elements and wanted persons behind bars,” Baccay said.
