Final judging for the Best #FiestangCaragan photo is led by local artists Alvin Ignacio, Alex Castro, and Nisan Mendoza.
The photographs and other visual masterpieces are currently on display at the Fiestang Caragan ARTambayan. The exhibit will push through until March 6, 2022, the last day of the city’s weeklong festivity.
