CAMP LT. TOMAS J PEPITO, STO DOMINGO, ANGELES CITY — Some 57 law offenders were arrested in a week-long Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO) by the Angeles City police.
According to Angeles City police commander Diosdado Fabian, nearly P200,000 worth of illegal drugs were confiscated from 15 drug suspects who are now charged with violation RA 9165, while another 15 wanted felons were arrested in the city.
Some 27 persons were apprehended for illegal gambling, including six men who were caught engaging in illegal cockfighting in Barangay Cuayan.
Fabin commended the men and women of the Angeles police for their efforts in maintaining peace and order in the city.
