Angeles University Foundation expands to Cavite

CAVITE — In a bold step to redefine integrated community development in the South, Maplecrest Group Inc. (MGI) and Rivermoor Inc. (RMI) have signed a landmark agreement with Angeles University Foundation (AUF) to establish a flagship academic institution within a newly envisioned mixed-use township in Cavite.

The cooperation with MGI and RMI will enable AUF to establish its first campus outside Central Luzon.

MGI and RMI, both values-driven investment groups, are positioning AUF as the cornerstone of a township designed for long-term social impact and regional upliftment.

AUF, a respected Catholic institution, will bring its legacy of academic excellence to the development. In return, the university will serve as the township’s educational anchor, enhancing property value, community cohesion, and investor confidence.

“This partnership reflects our enduring mission to form persons of integrity and excellence, while extending access to quality Catholic education in a rapidly growing region,” said Dr. Joseph Emmanuel L. Angeles, AUF President.

The campus will be strategically located within the township and will be accessible via the Cavite Bus Rapid Transit (CBRT) system—enabling seamless access for students and educators alike.

“This partnership reflects our conviction that world-class education must be integrated at the very foundation of urban planning,” said Guillermo C. Choa, speaking on behalf of MGI and RMI. “AUF’s strong institutional values and commitment to holistic human development align with our vision of building communities that thrive across generations.”

“This is not just a school—it’s a catalyst,” Choa emphasized. “AUF’s presence elevates this development from a real estate project to a living, learning, and thriving community.”
