Former CIAC President Arrey Perez may yet face the biggest challenge in his professional career as he is reported to be in the “clean-up crew” in the midst of recent billion-peso worth of controversial projects by the DPWH, latest news accounts show.
Both Bilyonaryo.com and Politiko.com.ph had ran stories the past two days that list down names as possible appointees as Undersecretaries of DPWH head Vince Dizon.
While Perez and four others are named in the news article, the DPWH has not made any official announcements as of this writing. However, Perez has already been seen in recent inspections of Dizon in some flood control projects in Bulacan. Apparently, members of Dizon’s new team are awaiting approval of Malacañang.
In today’s flood raising ceremonies, Perez was also present at DPWH.

Aside from Perez who also worked for Manny V. Pangilinan’s Metro Pacific Tollways Corp, also purported to join the clean up crew are retired police generals
Arthur Bisnar and Charles T.
Calima Jr.; lawyers Raffy Turgano and Rico Bernabe III.
Perez also served Dizon in BCDA and are credited for building the New Clark City and the new passenger terminal of Clark International Airport.
