ORION, BATAAN — Seven drug suspects on Tuesday were arrested in an alleged drug den bust that led to the confiscation of over P80,000 worth of shabu in Barangay, Bilolo, this town.
The sting was conducted by anti-narcotic operatives of the PDEA Bataan Provincial Office, Bataan PPO-PPDEU and Orion police.
Authorities identified the suspects as Mario Sarmiento alias Tigas, 59; Grace Sarmiento, 58; Edward Sarmiento, 35; Aries Angeles, 38; Jerome Rodriguez, 24, single; Jocilyn Gutierrez, 39; and Dennis Gonzales, 28, all of Bgy. Bilolo, Orion, Bataan.
The operation yielded at least 13 grams of shabu valued at P88,400, assorted drug paraphernalia, weighing scale, and the marked money.
Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the seven suspects.
