Bataan police anti-crime ops net 7 law offenders  

BATAAN – The continuous anti-crime operations by the Bataan police led to the arrest of seven law violators and Hermosa town’s most wanted person and confiscation of guns and illegal drugs.

Bataan police acting director Col. Rommel Velasco said members of the Hermosa police and the 1st PMFC Bataan, RIU3, 302nd MC 1st platoon  served a warrant of arrest against a 27-year-old man from Purok 7, Bgy. Sumalo, Hermosa, Bataan, for acts of lasciviousness
 
In Balanga City, police nabbed a 29-year-old delivery boy and resident of Bgy. Cataning, Balanga for violation of Sec. 5(A) of RA 9262; and a 59-year-old retired police officer of Bgy. Omboy, Abucay, Bataan, for attempted parricide.

Joint personnel of 1st PMFC Bataan PPO and Dinalupihan police apprehended four individuals for violation of RA 10591 in relation to violation of Omnibus Election Code and violation of RA 9165.

Confiscated from the suspects were five guns with 12 live bullets , 12 plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.

Meanwhile, the Orani police arrested  a 42-year-old female from Bgy. Pantalan Luma after she sold one plastic sachet of shabu to a poseur.

The woman yielded one P500 marked money and another two plastic sachets of shabu.

Velasco said the Bataan police will step-up anti-crime operations to put wanted persons behind bars and account for loose firearms to ensure a safe, fair, peaceful and orderly May elections.
