
The Bureau of Customs (BOC) – Port of Clark recognized its top importers, exporters, and industry partners at the Stakeholders’ Night held on March 5, 2025.
With the theme “Customs Beyond Borders: Navigating the Skies of Trade Excellence,” the event celebrated the achievements and contributions of stakeholders who played a vital role in the Port of Clark’s success in 2024.


Among the top importers recognized were United Parcel Service (UPS) Philippines, Federal Express (FedEx) Philippines, Medtronic Philippines Inc., and Allegro Microsystems Philippines Inc. Meanwhile, the top exporters included SFA Semicon Philippine Corporation, Yokohama Tire Philippines, Inc., BW Manufacturing Corporation, Nanox Philippines, and Amertron.


The BOC-Port of Clark’s Customs Industry Consultative Advisory Council (CICAC) was also acknowledged for its continued collaboration in the effective implementation of customs laws, trade facilitation, and border protection. Recognized partners include the Clark Development Corporation (CDC), Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corporation (LIPAD), Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region III, Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA), and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Northern Central Luzon.


A key highlight of the event was the presentation of the 2024 Accomplishment Report by District Collector Jairus Reyess, detailing the port’s major achievements, including:
✅ Exceeding the collection target with a Php 18.569 million surplus
✅ Seizures of prohibited drugs and anti-social goods valued at Php 387 million
✅ Strengthened strategic partnerships with local CICAC and key agencies
✅ Unveiling of a newly renovated BOC-Port of Clark building to improve services for employees and stakeholders

District Collector Reyes also commended the dedication and hard work of BOC personnel, who were recognized for their commitment to upholding customs laws, regulations, and the Bureau’s mandates.
BOC Commissioner Rubio Commends Port of Clark’s Achievements
In his message, Customs Commissioner Bienvenido Y. Rubio congratulated the men and women of the Port of Clark for their significant accomplishments in revenue collection, trade facilitation, and border protection. He also expressed gratitude to stakeholders for their continued support and contributions to BOC’s modernization efforts.

Anchored on the theme ‘Customs Beyond Borders: Navigating the Skies of Trade Excellence’, we call on your continued support to maintain the momentum we have built and push our initiatives forward for better trade and better lives under a Bagong Pilipinas,” Commissioner Rubio stated.

This initiative aligns with Commissioner Rubio’s mission to promote efficient and secure trade while strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, supporting the national economic agenda led by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
