CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — The Provincial Government of Pampanga has honored 16 elderly citizens aged 95 and above, recognizing their long lives and contributions to their families and communities.
Each honoree received a ₱100,000 one-time cash incentive under Ordinance No. 683, also known as the Centenarian Act of Pampanga.

Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda personally led the awarding of the financial incentives, extending gratitude and appreciation to the beneficiaries.
“This is our way of recognizing the wisdom, sacrifices, and legacy of our elders who have given so much to their families and to the province,” Governor Pineda said during the ceremony.

The families of the beneficiaries expressed heartfelt appreciation, noting that the incentive will greatly help support the needs of their elderly loved ones, such as medicines, diapers, and other essentials.

Under Ordinance No. 683, the Provincial Government guarantees that every Kapampangan who reaches the age of 95 will receive ₱100,000 and formal recognition from the Capitol.

Also present to support the program were Board Members Fritzie David-Dizon, Dr. Kaye Naguit, Cherry Manalo, and Christian Halili, along with Angelina Blanco, Chief of Staff to the Vice Governor, and Fe Manarang, head of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO).
