The Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) – the Philippines’ premier motorsports festival celebrating a merge of speed and culture – is calling all passionate photographers, videographers, hobbyists, and content creators to capture the thrill and excitement of motorsports in its inaugural “Shutter Session” contest at Clark International Speedway in Mabalacat, Pampanga.
This is a unique opportunity for visualartists to get up close and personal with the action and win exciting prizes.
The CIFOS Shutter Session contest invites participants to capture the best moments from the festival’s two major events: the PHIMOS Access Day on August 23, 2025, featuring 4-Wheel National Races, and the MORAC Access Day on September 6, 2025, which will showcase 2-Wheel National Races. Participants can choose to register for one of the two shoot dates.
Contest Details and Mechanics:
Who Can Join: The contest is open to freelance photographers, videographers, hobbyists, content creators from motorsports and car/motorcycle clubs, and social media creatives.
Free Registration: Registration is FREE! Interested participants can register for their chosen access day. The link for registration can be found on the CIFOS Facebook page:
• PHIMOS Access Day (August 23, 2025): Register by August 18, 2025.
• MORAC Access Day (September 6, 2025): Register by August 30, 2025.
Exclusive Access: Confirmed participants will receive official media access to the event, assigned and trackside shooting time slots, optional pitlane access, a press kit, and a welcome kit.
Submission Guidelines: Participants must share their content within one week after their shoot date on their public Facebook page. The submission must include a minimum of 3 photos and 1 creative video clip, and must tag the Clark International Festival of Speed on Facebook.
• Submissions for the PHIMOS Access Day are due by August 30, 2025.
• Submissions for the MORAC Access Day are due by September 13, 2025.

Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged based on creativity, composition, storytelling, brand relevance, and capturing the motorsports and festival vibe.

• A feature on CIFOS social media and festival materials and many more exciting prizes!
The public will also have a role in selecting the winners, as the 10 finalist photos and 5 finalist videos will be featured on the CIFOS Facebook page for a public voting period based on likes, comments, and shares.
