CAMP OLIVAS – Newly-designated PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay lauded the Central Luzon police for the arrest of the region’s No. 1 most wanted person in an operation in Laguna.
In a report to Baccay, Tarlac police director Col. Renante Cabico said members of the Paniqui police and the Sta. Rosa City police in Laguna conducted a manhunt operation at Block 1, Lot 29, Saint Francis 14 Village, Bgy. Balibago, Sta. Rosa, Laguna that resulted in the arrest of Henry Baybay, 53, a carpenter residing at Block 1, 29, Saint Francis 14, Village, Bgy. Balibago, Sta.Rosa, and a native of Purok 3, Brgy. Dapdap Paniqui, Tarlac.
Baybay was arrested for murder based on a warrant issued by the Paniqui, Tarlac RTC Branch 106 with no bail recommended.
Baybay was one of the primary suspects in the killing of Lydia T. Arambulo using a bladed weapon in Bgy. Samput, Paniqui, Tarlac in 2020.
“The entire Central Luzon police together with other police units continue its intensified campaign to put lawless elements and wanted persons behind bars, ” Baccay said.
