The Clark International Airport has strengthened its land connectivity with the launch of a direct bus service linking the airport to the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), providing travelers from southern Metro Manila with a more convenient route to Central Luzon’s main aviation gateway.
The new service, operated by Genesis Transport Service Inc., runs daily trips between PITX and Clark International Airport via NAIA Terminal 3 and SM City Clark.
According to airport operator Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp., the route offers eight daily trips from PITX to Clark and another eight trips from Clark to PITX, providing passengers with a seamless land transport option to and from the airport.
LIPAD President and CEO Noel Manankil said the new route supports the airport’s goal of improving accessibility for travelers.
“This new service is a testament to our promised accessibility, convenience, and seamless travel for our passengers. By bridging the distance between Southern Metro Manila and Clark, Genesis Transport is helping us bring the airport closer to the people,” Manankil said.
The launch comes as Clark International Airport continues expanding its domestic and international routes, with passenger traffic projected to increase by about 15 percent this year. The development also coincides with the transfer of turboprop operations to Clark.
Four hybrid buses have been deployed for the new route, supporting more environmentally responsible transport while enhancing mobility between Metro Manila and Central Luzon.
Airport officials said the route also allows for scalability, with additional trips expected to be added depending on passenger demand.
