CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – A two-storey training center in Barangay San Antonio in Guagua town has just been completed by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Pampanga 2nd District Engineering Office.
Assistant District Engineer Cecil Lawrence Cruz said the newly constructed 100-square meter multipurpose building will help village officials in providing social services to residents.
“This two-storey building is primarily a training facility that can be the venue of a variety of community-based capacity building programs and providing residents with training opportunities is key to improving their socio-economic status,” Cruz furthered.
The facility was inaugurated by former Pampanga 2nd District Representative Juan Miguel Arroyo and barangay officials.
Construction of the P2.9-million multipurpose building was funded under the General Appropriations Act of 2022.
