CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS – A drunk man brandishing a gun, in violation of the Comelec gun ban, was arrested on Sunday by responding cops in Bulacan.
Bulacan police acting director Col. Rommel Javier Ochave said suspect Willy Salazar, of Bgy. Sibul, San Miguel, Bulacan was arrested by elements of the San Miguel police in Bgy. Tartaro, San Miguel, Bulacan.
The San Miguel police responded to an information by a concerned caller over an alarm and scandal incident in the area.
Upon arrival, responding cops saw the suspect in front of his house under the influence of liquor while holding a gun.
Recovered from his possession was a .38 revolver loaded with three live bullets.
The suspect will be charged with violation of RA 10591 or Illegal Possession of Firearm in relation to COMELEC gun ban.
