MABALACAT CITY – A female drug den operator and her four patrons were arrested on Thursday, yielding some P103,500 worth of shabu during an entrapment in this city.
Mabalacat police commander Lt. Col. Hery Bruno said the operation jointly conducted by operatives led by PDEA Central Luzon and the local police in South Daang Bakal, Barangay Dau resulted to the arrest of drug den operator Elizabeth Buenavista, 42, of Bgy. Dau; Sunshine Paniza, 29, of Bgy. Xevera; Beneir Almeda, 34, of Bgy. Lakandula; Sheila Idos, 23, of Bgy. Epsa, Angeles City, Pampanga; and Melissa Libre, 23, of Bgy. Dau.
The suspects yielded five plastic sachets containing at least 15 grams of shabu valued at P103,500, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the marked money.
All the suspects will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
