
MAGALANG, Pampanga – Fiesta Communities has recently introduced its new brand which aims to tap minimum wage earners and other working groups in realizing their dream home.
Aptly named as KAYA Homes by Fiesta Communities, it banners affordability with house and lot packages starting at ₱3,925.42 per month.

President and Chairman of the Board of Directors Wilfredo Tan led the ribbon cutting ceremonies, marking the start of another chapter of the company’s mission to provide decent and dignified housing for the Filipino working class.

He was joined by Corporate Sales Manager Cristina Santos, Corporate Secretary Jose Pepito Tan, Area Manager for Pampanga Gene Ryan Bautista, Marketing Manager Karen Gail Camus, Area Manager for Tarlac, Zambales and Bataan Melvin Jason Tan, and Fiesta Communities Sales Operation Supervisor Mary Jane Dungo.

Houses are available in both Kaya bare (30 sq.m.) and Kaya end unit (45 sq.m.) variants. Situated in Brgy. San Isidro, Magalang, Pampanga, this 4.1-hectare development can accommodate up to 653 units.

The community will feature amenities such as a basketball court, entrance gate, and social hall, all of which will be enjoyed by future homeowners.
