FIESTA Communities Incorporated (FCI), one of the country’s leading community developers, once again affirmed its industry leadership after clinching three prestigious awards at the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards held at Shangri-La The Fort in Manila on August 15, 2025.
Besting different real estate developers in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, FCI won the “Best Affordable Housing Developer” after showcasing different projects across Central Luzon. With more than 30 projects and counting, FCI continues to develop communities at an affordable price for the Filipino family since 2007.
Setting the gold standard for affordable housing, KAYA Homes by FIESTA Communities was hailed as the “Best Socialized Housing Development”. It offers house and lot packages suited for minimum wage earners. This is FCI’s second project to win at the same category since FIESTA Communities San Rafael Extension’s victory last year, further solidifying the company as the provider of affordable homes, making homeownership inclusive and attainable.
Adding to its roster of awards, FIESTA Communities Aguso claimed the distinction of “Best Connectivity Housing Development”. Sitting right beside MacArthur Highway, the project provides residents with direct access to major roads, transport systems, and essential establishments, ensuring convenience and mobility.
