Filinvest Malls Mimosa partners with Young Entrepreneurs of Pampanga in Clark

Filinvest Malls Mimosa, part of Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI), strengthened its commitment to Clark’s hospitality and retail ecosystem through its partnership with the Young Entrepreneurs of Pampanga (YEP) for The HeART of Service, a hospitality forum held on January 31 at Quest Hotel and Conference Clark in celebration of YEP’s 10th anniversary.

The event brought together hospitality professionals, entrepreneurs, and
industry leaders to share insights on service, leadership, and sustainable growth, with Filinvest supporting this initiative to strengthen learning and collaboration in Pampanga.

Filinvest’s Vision and Lifestyle Destination
At the forum, Francis Gotianun, First Senior Vice President and Head of Filinvest Hospitality Corp., highlighted Filinvest’s long-term presence in Clark and its role in shaping integrated communities anchored on hospitality, leisure, and lifestyle developments.

He recalled the 2016 Mimosa bid as a key milestone that established Filinvest’s footprint in the area and reiterated the company’s CC FEST guiding values –
customer centricity, change for the better, family, entrepreneurial mindset, shared benefit, and trustworthiness – which continue to guide Filinvest’s approach to community building and integrated developments.

destination. Strategically located within the Filinvest Mimosa+ estate, the three-level mall will span over 22,000 square meters and bring together well-loved local and global brands with thoughtfully curated indoor and outdoor spaces.

Positioned to serve Clark’s workforce, residents, and visitors from across Central and North Luzon, the mall will
anchor the estate’s hospitality, office, and residential developments while offering a Industry Insights Community Engagement.

The HeART of Service brought together hospitality leaders who shared insights on experience-driven service, leadership, and sustainable practices. Presenters included Michelin-recognized chefs Bryan Kong of Now Now and Luis De Isasa Muñoz of Bolero; Bong Sagmit of Tito Boy and Vince Garcia of CVG Culinary Group; and Mitch Otsuru-
Park of Yufuin, joined by the Hotels and Restaurants Association of Pampanga.

Opening the forum, YEP President Albert Guzman emphasized the importance of
learning through people, stories, and hands-on experience, and expressed gratitude for Filinvest’s support in creating spaces where entrepreneurs and industry practitioners can connect and grow.
