
CLARK FREEPORT — Visa-free entry begins for travelers from the new Clark International Airport (CRK) going to South Korea through Yangyang International Airport.
South Korean low cost airline, Fly Gangwon, resumed their operations at CRK, which was temporarily halted due to the pandemic. Fly Gangwon only operates in CRK, making Clark as Fly Gangwon’s first and only Philippine destination.
Leading the inaugural is Baek Seungyong of Fly Gangwon Sales and Seung Hyun Kim, Fly Gangwon Station Manager, together with Bi Yong Chungunco, Chief Executive Officer of Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp or LIPAD, operator of CRK.

Travelers arriving through Yangyang International airport can visit Gangwon and Seoul City center for up to 15 days under the Visa Waiver Program, provided they are part of a group tour. Tourists should also be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and must also be booked through accredited travel agencies.
