MANILA – Foundever™, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, recently organized an outreach activity for Foundever associates in Tarlac to share some “Big Love, More Love” to Aetas in need.
“Our Aeta brothers and sisters live in far-flung communities, and they don’t always receive the help they need. Foundever organized this activity in solidarity with our Aeta indigenous peoples and in recognition of their dignity, their ancestral heritage, and of their rich cultural values—that many of us, urban-dwellers, are sadly usually unaware of,” said Jojo Grecia, Foundever™ in Tarlac Director of Operations.
The event was held at Sitio Manabayukan in Capas and saw the participation of some 117 Foundever associates under Grecia’s leadership together with Senior Operations Managers JM Ybarola, Ashley Espinueva, Tin Chua and Von Mark Ballesteros, as well as other leaders Rachel Ramos and Josefina Rivera.
Also present to supervise the event for the Human Resources team were members Charmagne Tabangay, Cee Acuña and Maggie Dela Torre.
“It was a learning moment and a rewarding activity that nourished the spirits, empathy, and sense of compassion of our associates in Tarlac. This will certainly not be the last activity we will have with the Aeta communities in our area,” Grecia added.
“Big Love, More Love” is part of Foundever’s Philippines outreach program in the communities where it has operations. The Tarlac event provided much-needed essentials including food, medical aid, and dental care to members of the local indigenous people’s tribe living in the area. Some cash donations were also distributed to the community.
